Illinois Shines, the state's solar incentive program, helps bring down what you pay for the system. We do the paperwork for you.

    Install day

    Most home systems go up in one to two days.

    Inspect & turn on

    After inspection and utility approval, we turn the system on and show you how to track it.

How much will solar save me?

It depends on your roof, shading, usage and rate plan. We build your estimate from your actual bills, so the number you see is based on your house.

What does "Powered by Axia" mean?

Your system is sold through Axia by Qcells and installed by Amp Electric's licensed electricians. You get a national solar company behind the system and a local crew you can call.

Do I have to pay for it all up front?

No. You can pay cash, finance with a solar loan, or choose a PPA, where you pay only for the power your panels make instead of buying the system. We'll walk through each one and you pick what fits.

Will solar keep my power on in an outage?

Not by itself. For safety, solar shuts off when the grid goes down. Add a Tesla Powerwall and your house keeps running. We're a Tesla Certified Installer.
